tutelage of Valter Roman, the accomplished chef of The Tuscan Chef in Lucca, Italy. Upon returning to the United States,
she continued catering under the banner of Hail Mary's while expanding into the arena of food styling for feature films and
television, including “The Step Father,” “Quarentine,” and “Death at a Funeral”.
In the fall
of 2008, Mary began teaching interactive and hands-on cooking classes at the Hollywood School House, and found that children

that includes cooking, food science experiments and nutrition education that can be performed anywhere. In 2009 Chef Mary
began writing a weekly blog for The Washington Times Communities Section. Her column “Hail Mary Food of Grace”
